[Scheduled Maintenance] Temporary Service Interruption for ID check & Omni
Hello, this is ARGOS Identity. To provide a more stable service and introduce our new KR Region, we will be performing a scheduled system update. During the maintenance window, ID check and Omni services will be temporarily unavailable. Please review the details below and plan your service operations accordingly.

Maintenance Schedule

September 30, 2026 (Wed), 23:00 UTC – October 1, 2026 (Thu), 04:00 UTC Estimated duration: approximately 5 hours The maintenance may be completed earlier or later than scheduled depending on progress. We will provide an update if there are any changes to the schedule.

Reason for Maintenance

System update to introduce the new KR Region, followed by post-deployment verification

Affected Services

The following services will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window:
  • ID check and Omni dashboard login and all features
  • ID check Live Form
  • Face Auth Live Form
  • API requests
Verify will not be affected by this maintenance and will remain available as usual.

What You Need to Know

During the maintenance window, users will not be able to access the dashboards, complete verification through Live Forms, or make API requests. If an end user attempts to access a Live Form during the maintenance window, a notice will be displayed informing them that the service is temporarily unavailable. Please note that verification sessions already in progress when maintenance begins may not be completed successfully. If this maintenance may affect your service operations, we recommend notifying your end users in advance that verification services will be unavailable from September 30, 2026 (Wed), 23:00 UTC to October 1, 2026 (Thu), 04:00 UTC. Once maintenance is complete, no additional configuration or action will be required, and you will be able to use the services as usual.
